Job summary

ALTEN Polska is a leading engineering and IT services company in Poland, part of the ALTEN Group with offices across major Polish cities. We are seeking a dedicated PCB design engineer to work on multilayer PCBs, schematics, and production documentation within a global engineering environment.

The role requires experience in digital/analog PCB design, emphasis on microcontrollers and EMI/EMC, plus strong CAD skills and excellent English.

Qualifications

Experience in PCB design for digital and analog circuits with focus on microcontroller devices
Experience in EMI/EMC compliance for PCB designs
Theoretical and practical knowledge of electronics design
Practical skills in CAD and simulation tools
Good English skills (spoken and written)
Leadership and communication skills
Team oriented

Responsibilities

Design and verification of multilayer PCBs with focus on low-cost, high reliability and high volume manufacturing.
Create design and production documentation (schematics, PCBs, electrical characteristics, etc.).
Circuit calculations and simulations as required for PCB design.
Co‑operation with local and remote engineering teams.
Follow Electrical Design Process.
Secure confidential information and company’s property.
On-time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with the valid quality system
