Job summary

ALTEN Polska, a global leader in engineering and IT services, seeks an experienced electrical/electronic systems engineer in Kraków. You will independently develop, design and integrate E/E systems for commercial vehicles, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence.

The role requires several years in E/E development, HV technology, and proficiency with circuit diagrams and tools like CATIA-V5 and WINDCHILL. Hybrid work and long-term collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in development of electrical/electronic systems and HV technology.
• Sound knowledge of circuit diagrams and E/E development tools.

Responsibilities

• Independent development, design and integration of electrical and electronic systems and components in the commercial vehicle environment including HV technology.
• Technical responsibility for E/E scopes, assemblies or sub-projects within development projects.
• Creation, testing and approval of circuit diagrams, diagrams and technical specifications and documentation.
• Ensuring quality, cost and deadline requirements in the development process.
• Planning, execution and evaluation of tests, validations and debugging of E/E systems.
• Coordination with interdisciplinary interfaces (mechanics, software, testing, production, quality, purchasing).

WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

• Independent development, design and integration of electrical and electronic systems and components in the commercial vehicle environment including HVTechnology
• Technical responsibility for E/E scopes, assemblies or sub-projects within of development projects
• Creation, testing and approval of circuit diagrams, circuit diagrams and technical Specifications and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with quality, cost and deadline requirements in the development process
• Planning, execution and evaluation of tests, validations and systematic Troubleshooting E/E systems
• Analysis and evaluation of electrical/electronic architectures as well as their Further development
• Control and implementation of change processes as well as evaluation of technical deviations
• Coordination and coordination with interdisciplinary interfaces (e.g. mechanics, software, testing, production, quality, purchasing)

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the development of electrical/electronic systems, HV technology, ideally in the automotive or commercial vehicle environment
• Sound knowledge of the creation of circuit diagrams and the use of E/E development tools
• Very good understanding of wiring system architectures, control units and bus systems (e.g. CAN, LIN)
• Experience in securing E/E systems (testing, validation, debugging)
• Knowledge of development processes (e.g. product development process – PEP)
