Job summary

ALTEN Polska in Katowice is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our hybrid-work team. You will develop and maintain software for embedded systems, with a focus on C/C++ and close hardware integration across international projects.

You will collaborate with global engineering teams, design and test new functionalities, and contribute to innovative industrial automation solutions. A strong background in embedded development and a B2 level English are required, with

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++, particularly C++.
• Hands-on experience working close to hardware and with hardware‑software integration.
• Solid understanding of embedded systems development and debugging.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Key Responsibilities
