Job summary

Boolanga is seeking an experienced e-commerce professional to take channels from early-stage setup to scalable, high-performing engines. You will own Amazon presence, optimize our own e-shop, and support partner ecosystems, while building dashboards and driving performance across paid and organic channels.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of end-to-end e-commerce operations in a fast-growing, international team.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on e-commerce experience in international DTC or marketplace businesses.
• Working knowledge of analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio, Mixpanel or similar).
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central (listing management, campaign setup, reporting) is a strong plus.
• Experience running paid campaigns on Amazon Ads, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
• Experience with email marketing/CRM tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Execution-focused, independent operator who thrives with minimal hand-holding.
• Understanding of back office operations related to e-commerce like supply chain, inventory management, procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve our Amazon presence (listings, A+ content, backend keywords, PPC coordination via Seller Central).
• Drive conversion and performance improvements on our own e-shop (UX audits, content updates, merchandising, A/B testing).
• Support the day-to-day operations of partner-operated e-commerce environments (e.g. Uber Eats, Bolt Food).
• Run the day-to-day operations of our own eshop.
• Execute and monitor performance marketing across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email (Klaviyo or similar).
• Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent tools to track KPIs.
• Work with stakeholders across supply chain, marketing, account management, finance, and leadership.
