Job summary

Boolanga is building scalable e-commerce engines across Amazon, our own e-shop, and partner platforms. You will own and optimize the Amazon presence, run performance marketing, and develop data-driven dashboards to improve KPIs.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on e-commerce experience in international DTC or marketplace businesses.
• Working knowledge of at least one analytics platform (GA4, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or similar) – you can pull your own data and build basic dashboards.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central (listing management, campaign setup, reporting) is a strong plus.
• Experience running paid campaigns on at least one of: Amazon Ads, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
• Experience with email marketing/CRM tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Execution-focused, independent operator who thrives with minimal hand-holding.
• Understanding of back office operations related to e-commerce like supply chain, inventory management, procurement processes, etc.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.
• Data-oriented and AI-qualified!

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve our Amazon presence (listings, A+ content, backend keywords, PPC coordination via Seller Central).
• Drive conversion and performance improvements on our own e-shop (UX audits, content updates, merchandising, A/B testing).
• Support the day-to-day operations of partner-operated e-commerce environments (e.g. Uber Eats, Bolt Food).
• Run the day-to-day operations of our own eshop.
• Execute and monitor performance marketing across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email (Klaviyo or similar).
• Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent tools to track KPIs and turn insights into concrete actions.
• Work with all relevant stakeholders across supply chain, marketing, account management, finance, and leadership.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives like product launches, go-to-market campaigns, product portfolio discussions, etc.
• Ensure high-quality product presentation across all channels.
