Job summary

Sii Poland, hosting the Microsoft Business Applications Competency Center, seeks an experienced architect to lead Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform initiatives. You will design end-to-end architectures, analyze complex requirements, and mentor team members while ensuring high technical quality for international projects.

Fluency in English is required, Polish language is mandatory, and the role is based in Poland with on-site work in Kraków.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power Platform.
• Experience designing solutions for large, complex IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
• Familiarity with Power Platform components such as Model-driven Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with integrations using Azure services.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Polish fluency required; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a subject-matter expert and advising clients on digital transformation strategies.
• Designing and developing solution architecture based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Analyzing business and technical requirements and recommending best practices.
• Overseeing the technical quality of delivered solutions, identifying risks and potential issues.
• Supporting the creation of architectural and technical documentation.
• Providing mentorship and knowledge-sharing to less-experienced team members.
