Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a customer support specialist in Poland to assist international travelers via phone, chat, and email. You will help resolve travel issues, modify reservations, and guide customers and partners on flights, prices, and policies.

The role requires Dutch (C1) and English (B2) with strong MS Office and browser skills, plus a proactive, communicative approach within a multinational team.

Qualifications

• Dutch at least C1 and English at least B2, both spoken and written.
• Strong technical skills including MS Office and browsers.
• Positive energy and enjoyment in communicating with customers and colleagues.
• Experience with customer service, digital service platforms and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (inbound and outbound).
• Assist customers with travel difficulties and changes to reservations.
• Modify time and destination, and update personal data in systems.
• Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services.
• Handle cancellations and refunds as part of customer support.
