Concentrix in Poland seeks a customer service representative to assist travelers with reservations and travel arrangements. You will engage via phone, chat, and email with a proactive approach while maintaining data security and confidentiality.

Training will be provided to help you succeed in this role. Responsibilities include managing hotel, flight, and car bookings, and collaborating with a team to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and good command of English (B2).
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to work.
• Motivation to learn and develop within the tourism and travel industry.
• Ability to work with a computer and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Willingness to learn – full training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with travelers via phone, chat, and email in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Assist customers with managing hotel and flight reservations as well as car rental bookings.
• Handle customer information responsibly and ensure the confidentiality and security of travelers’ data.
• Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality customer service and provide effective solutions to travelers.
• The role requires regular use of a computer and keyboard, including navigating internal systems and performing tasks digitally.
