Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a customer service role in Wrocław to assist travelers with hotel, flight and car rental bookings. You will communicate via phone, chat, and email with a focus on confidentiality and high-quality support.

The role requires Dutch (C1) and English (B2), a positive and proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn with provided training. You will work with a diverse team and use multiple internal systems daily.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 level) and good command of English (B2 level).
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to work.
• Motivation to learn and develop within the tourism and travel industry.
• Ability to work with a computer and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Willingness to learn – full training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
