Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at C1/C2 level
• English proficiency at B2-C1 depending on project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Calm under pressure in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries related to products, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions
• Create and manage customer cases in CRM systems
• Investigate issues and determine appropriate solutions
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams
• Provide timely updates to customers on case status
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain customer records
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to resolve inquiries
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach
