Job summary

RDN CONS is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent for a hospitality client. The role starts with two months of paid on-site training in Athens, Greece, after which you will work remotely from anywhere in Greece.

Responsibilities include handling Dutch inquiries via phone, email and chat, assisting with hotel bookings, and documenting interactions. No prior experience is required; a relocation package is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1) and English at B2 level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece for initial training.
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with hotel reservations, booking modifications, and general inquiries.
