Qualifications

• Native or C1-level Dutch required.
• Solid working English for training modules and navigation.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic Dutch-language support via phone, chat, and social media.
• File and coordinate claims for electronics protection and insurance.
• Explain insurance concepts in clear, simple language while maintaining trust.
• Log case notes accurately in CRM systems while using multiple applications.
