Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Experts for Peugeot, Fiat and Opel in Greece. You will provide high-quality support via phone, email and chat, resolving inquiries about vehicle maintenance and after-sales services. You will use CRM systems and maintain brand standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be native or fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
• EU passport or valid work permit for Greece required.
• Interest in automotive industry and customer-centric mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain complex information simply.
• Intermediate English for team training and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer assistance for Peugeot, Fiat, and Opel via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance, technical assistance, and after-sales services.
• Understand product specifications and brand standards to provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Process service requests and documentation with precision according to industry standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Peugeot, Fiat, and Opel to uphold premium manufacturer reputation.
