Next Job Abroad is seeking Dutch-speaking professionals to join our international team in sunny Athens, Greece. You will be the primary voice for Belgian and Dutch customers, delivering smooth shopping experiences and resolving issues as they arise.

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day

You’ll be the voice and digital point of contact for customers across Belgium and the Netherlands, keeping their shopping experience smooth and effortless.

• Digital Customer Support:Handle customer inquiries primarily throughwritten Email and Chat, with some phone support.
• Real Problem Solving:Help shoppers with order tracking, order delivery updates, damaged items, and size exchanges.
• Modern Tools:Work with standard CRM platforms and 3 to 5 internal systems to deliver fast, top-tier service.

• Languages:Native or C1-levelDutch + solid conversationalEnglish (B2)for training and system navigation.
• Skills:Strong written communication skills in Dutch, comfortable typing speed, and decent computer knowledge.
• Mindset:Enthusiastic, open-minded, ready to learn, and excited about moving abroad!
• No experience? No problem. Previous retail, sales, or customer support experience is a bonus, but your positive attitude and drive to learn matter most!
