Job summary

WW Talents is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams. The role is fully remote from Greece with a schedule Mon-Fri and occasional weekend shifts.

You will handle inquiries across channels, provide after-sales and technical assistance, and maintain accurate CRM records. Requirements include Dutch at C1/C2 and English at B2-C1, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Dutch at C1/C2 level and English at B2-C1 depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and multitask in a fast-paced international setting.
• Customer-oriented and professional in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries about products, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs.
• Assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide setup and configuration.
• Manage customer cases in CRM systems and provide timely updates.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when needed.
