WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Client Service Representative to join international teams in Greece. This fully remote role involves assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, handling orders, payments, returns, and basic technical questions.

Requirements include Dutch at C1/C2 and English at B2–C1, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. The position offers 100% remote work from Greece, paid training, and opportunities for career progression, with a semi-annual bonus

Qualifications

• Proficient Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2–C1) required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs.
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems.
• Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases.
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to research information and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
