Job summary

WW Talents is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams based in Athens and Thessaloniki. The role is 100% remote from Greece with a Monday–Friday schedule and possible weekend shifts depending on the project.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and provide after-sales support across multiple products and services. Requirements include Dutch at C1/C2 and English at B2-C1, with strong communication and a calm, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs.
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems.
• Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases.
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to research information and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
