HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) is seeking a Finance Customer Ledger Specialist to own the customer ledger, meet collection targets, and act as a business partner to OpCos to ensure timely data and effective collections and disputes management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer Ledger and meet collection targets.
• Act as a Business Partner to OpCos to provide timely data and manage disputes.
• Maintain customer relationships and deliver high service levels.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Identify held orders and manage credit limit processes per policy.
• Drive improvements, stay customer-oriented and address pain points.
• Use analytics to create insights and prevent repeat disputes.
• Proactively improve customer satisfaction and reduce resolution timelines.
• Collaborate with HGSS teams to ensure compliant delivery of processes.
• Update Team Leader on progress, opportunities and challenges.
• Support personal development in Finance skills and domain knowledge.
• Ensure process controls and compliance; document processes up to date.
