Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Junior Collections Specialist with Greek to join our finance team. You will own the customer ledger, partner with OpCos, and drive collections while maintaining high service levels and clear communication with customers.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, and experience in a multinational Shared Services environment. You will contribute to process improvements and dispute resolution, ensuring compliance and accurate data

Qualifications

Greek on at least C1 level.
English on at least B2 level.
strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
ability to deal with resistance.
understanding of end2end Order to Cash process.
business knowledge.
experience in multi-national environment (incl. Shared Services Centres).
strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Owning the Customer Ledger and meeting collection targets.
Acting as a Business Partner to OpCos for timely data and effective collections.
Manage customer relationships and ensure high service levels.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers.
Identify held orders and manage credit-limit-exceeded processes.
Collaborate with HGSS teams to ensure effective delivery of collection and dispute processes.
Update Team Leader on progress and challenges.
Support process controls and maintain documentation.
