Job summary

BSI is seeking a Client Planning Advisor - Dutch Speaker to support planning and scheduling of assessment visits across Continental Europe. The role is Warsaw-based with hybrid work (3 days in the office) and requires coordinating audits, managing calendars, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Dutch (C1 level).
• Experience in customer care and/or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Book or reschedule visits via calls while upholding BSI tone and guidelines.
• Plan audit delivery by allocating resources and scheduling audits.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and generate qualified leads for Sales.
• Coordinate with external delivery teams and Service Delivery Managers on diary availability.
• Monitor customers at risk of cancellation and escalate appropriately.
