Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Business Services Support Supervisor to build and maintain a robust team support structure for internal clients in Wroclaw. You will supervise the Executive Assistants team, manage service delivery, and partner with onshore teams to ensure smooth operations.

You should have proven client management and people leadership experience, fluent English and Dutch, and the ability to navigate a dynamic matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a global services environment.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a dynamic matrix organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain exceptional relationships with customers.
• Own, monitor and maintain team performance using established processes.
• Define strategies to develop and enhance service offerings and revenue opportunities.
• Identify training needs and ensure support for all team members.
• Contribute to improvements of tools, systems and procedures.
• Monitor instructions and workflow to ensure efficient operations.
