EY GDS Poland, a member of EY’s global integrated service delivery center network, is looking for a Business Services Support Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain exceptional and strong relationships with customers
- Own, monitor and maintain the performance of the Executive Assistants team using established ways of working and making Exceptional Client Service (ECS) a normal way of doing business
- Define strategies to develop and enhance existing service offerings and revenue opportunities with plans in place (e.g., resource requirements) for delivery
- Identify, evaluate and assess individual training and development areas for all team members, ensuring appropriate support and embedding performance management processes
- Actively contribute to improvements of the tools, systems and procedures used by the Executive Assistants team, identifying issues and proposing solutions
- Actively monitor and analyze instructions, workflow and assignments to ensure efficient operations and anticipate future resource requirements
Skills and attributes for success
- Previous operational or support services experience in a global environment
- Previous experience as a counsellor and/or team coordinator (team leader, supervisor or other managerial role)
Qualifications
- Fluent English (written and oral) at least C1
- Fluent Dutch (written and oral)
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience as a people leader or similar role
- Strong people‑management skills, being a transformative and open‑minded leader
- Strong stakeholder management, including listening to concerns and influencing actions
- Understanding of the business environment for such services, with the ability to investigate new opportunities for promotion and offering to new clients
- Ability to cooperate in a dynamic and matrix organization undergoing constant transformation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – both written and oral
- Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in fundamental MS Office systems: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Preferred qualifications
- Proven experience of working within a global environment, across borders with people from other cultures
- Demonstrable ability to interact with leadership, stakeholders and peers
- French or German will be an asset
