• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Strong quality score results
• Exemplary diligence and integrity
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Nice to have experience in a sales environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality and compliance of all sales interactions, including reviewing phone calls, emails, and related chats
• Provide feedback to agents based on their quality score and results
• Work with sales trainers to produce best-practice guides and facilitate regular training
