Job summary

WON is redefining AI-driven design for premium DTC brands. We seek a senior designer to own end-to-end, high-conversion experiences across the customer journey, collaborating closely with the VP of Design.

You will contribute to our AI-native design systems, using Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automated asset generation to scale work without sacrificing quality. Join a founder-led team where ownership, data-driven decisions, and craft are core values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital design, agency or in-house.
• Strong ecommerce / DTC experience.
• A portfolio of modern, premium work, not template-driven.
• Mastery in Figma.
• Strong typography instincts, real ones.
• Taste that holds up under scrutiny: you can articulate why a design decision is right.
• Comfortable being measured by impact, not just output.
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Claude Design or Figma MCP.

Responsibilities

• Design high-conversion sites and landing pages that feel premium.
• Design the full customer journey: acquisition flows, onboarding, PDP storytelling, cart & checkout, retention.
• Build and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems.
• Use Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automation to reduce production time without sacrificing quality.
• Present work with data, session replays, and customer insights.
