Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Senior UX/UI or Product Designer specializing in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and experimentation. You will craft and optimise premium web experiences and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions, translating data into high-impact design variations within a cross-functional CRO squad.

You will own end-to-end design for A/B and multivariate tests, collaborate with CRO strategists, analysts, and frontend developers, and contribute to design systems

Qualifications

Experience in conversion-centred design principles and web usability.
Proven ability to translate data and hypotheses into design variations.
Portfolio showing end-to-end design for CRO and landing pages.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for CRO tests and landing pages across web/mobile.
Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for experimentation.
Design pixel-perfect UI aligned with brand guidelines and testing plans.
Collaborate with developers to ensure feasible, high-fidelity test executions.
Contribute to design libraries and templates for scalable optimisation.
