Job summary

IAG GBS Poland sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a Finance Operations professional to manage end-to-end DOC invoice processes, verify cash flow, and resolve system errors. The role involves budget preparation, SLA adherence, and handling supplier/stakeholder queries.

Ideal candidates will have an MS degree in Finance or related fields, strong financial acumen, and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP HANA; English at B2 level.

Qualifications

• MS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• Experience in working for financial international organization.
• Working proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP HANA; BRF+ is an asset.
• Knowledge of suppliers and contract management.
• Strong financial and business orientation; ability to evaluate, analyse and present.
• Operate effectively under tight deadlines.
• English skills at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Perform end to end DOC invoice processes, including approval and audit of invoices.
• Manage daily cash flow verification and ensure correct information flow.
• Analyze and verify system errors; cooperate with IT and stakeholders.
• Prepare budgets and business cases.
• Ensure processes follow procedures and SLAs; report results regularly.
• Resolve complex queries from suppliers and stakeholders.
• Maintain cooperation with suppliers and internal/external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in area of responsibility.
