Rolls-Royce Krakow GBS Finance seeks a Cash Management Process Specialist to execute daily cash operations, reconciliations, and liquidity forecasting. You will work with GBS and non-GBS teams to ensure accurate cash visibility, manage bank accounts and in-house banking, and support period-end reporting.

The role requires 2-7 years of treasury experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems. Hybrid work with a modern Krakow office is offered.

Competenze

• 2-7 years of relevant experience in cash management or treasury.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Proficient with SAP Treasury or ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Experience in cash positioning, forecasting, and payments processing.

Mansioni

• Daily cash positioning across bank accounts and liquidity forecasting.
• Reconcile cash positions and consolidate inputs for forecasts.
• Manage bank accounts and in-house banking activities, SAP mapping.
• Process in-house bank transactions and reconcile ledgers.
• Execute payments, intercompany settlements and netting per procedures.
• Analyze bank fees, reconcile statements and support audits.
• Prepare cash management reports for month-end close.
• Maintain internal controls and documentation for audits.
