Allegro Ltd. in Poland is looking for a courier operations planner who will assign shipments to couriers based on optimal routes and priorities, and plan routes with attention to traffic, weather, and regional specifics.

You will cooperate with the warehouse team to ensure on-time dispatch, respond quickly to delays, and contribute ideas to improve workflow. The role requires teamwork, resilience, and the ability to handle rotating shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a similar courier role.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• High school diploma.
• Familiar with the city layout.
• Communicative and able to work in a team.
• Able to make independent decisions and work under stress.
• Willing to work shifts: 5 a.m.–1 p.m.; 10 a.m.–6 p.m.; 2 p.m.–10 p.m.
