Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is seeking a courier operations coordinator to assign shipments, plan routes, and respond promptly to delays, ensuring efficient service across regions.

You will collaborate with warehouse teams to prepare dispatches on time and suggest improvements to courier workflows for higher efficiency and service quality. Shift options include early mornings and various blocks, requiring teamwork and composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position at a courier company.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• High school diploma.
• Familiar with the city’s layout.
• Communicative and enjoy working with others.
• We work as a team on a daily basis.
• Capable of independent decisions and performing under stress.
• Open to working shifts: 5 a.m.–1 p.m.; 10 a.m.–6 p.m.; 2 p.m.–10 p.m.
