Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to coordinate the courier sorting hub, set goals, and motivate the team to achieve tasks efficiently.

You will organize loading/unloading, sort shipments to branches, handle damaged items, and drive improvements to reduce downtime. English at least B1 and a Category B license are required. Join a supportive team with training and a rich benefits package.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a warehouse or courier company.
• English language skills at least B1 (spoken & written).
• Knowledge of health, safety, and fire protection regulations.
• Able to work in shifts and as part of a team.
• Proficient in commonly used office software.
• Hold a Category B driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of the team in the courier sorting hub.
• Set goals, motivate, and hold employees accountable for achieving tasks.
• Organize transport loading and unloading efficiently.
• Sort shipments to the appropriate branches, timely and correctly.
• Handle damaged shipments per procedures and reduce downtime.
• Eliminate downtime and optimize warehouse processes.
• Cooperate with other departments (transport, branches) daily.
• Participate in operational projects and implement new standards.
• Support the team in daily tasks.
• Report team performance to the Manager.

Job description

• On a daily basis, you will coordinate the work of the team in the courier sorting hub
• You will set goals, motivate, and hold employees accountable for achieving assigned tasks
• You will handle the efficient organization of transport loading and unloading-
• You will be responsible for the correct and timely sorting of shipments to the appropriate branches
• You will handle the processing of damaged shipments in accordance with established procedures
• Your task will be to eliminate downtime and optimize warehouse processes
• On a daily basis, you will cooperate with other departments within the company, including the transport department, courier branches, etc
• You will actively participate in operational projects and ensure the implementation of new standards
• You will support your team in their daily tasks
• You will report the team's performance results to the Manager

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a warehouse or courier company
• Possess skills in task delegation, planning, and work organization
• Stand out for their multitasking abilities
• Communicate in English (spoken and written) at a minimum B1 level
• Know health, safety, and fire protection regulations
• Are highly communicative and enjoy working with others — we work as a team on a daily basis
