Job summary

Allegro Ltd. in Poland seeks a courier team supervisor to coordinate delivery and pickup operations, ensuring accurate documentation and timely data entry into the warehouse system. You will lead with carriers, organize training, and drive motivation and development within the team.

You will shape customer experiences, collaborate with experts, and support sustainable growth while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position at a courier company.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• High school diploma.
• Familiar with the city layout.
• Communicative and team player.
• Able to make decisions independently and perform under pressure.
• Open to working shifts: 6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m.

We are looking for people who:

• They have experience in a similar position at a courier company
• They have a basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (preferred)
• They have a high school diploma
• They are familiar with the city’s layout
• They are communicative and enjoy working with others—we work as a team every day
• They are capable of making decisions independently and performing effectively under pressure
• They are open to working shifts: 6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m.
