Miratech is seeking a Director, Product Marketing to shape the commercial success of its services and solutions. You will architect solution structures, develop go-to-market strategies, and create differentiated value propositions that translate technical services into business outcomes.

You will enable sales with training and tools, define target segments, and own end-to-end GTM plans, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution in a lean, high-accountability environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing within technology-driven sectors such as IT services, SaaS, cloud, CX, AI, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience developing product positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies for complex B2B technology offerings.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to translate technical capabilities into clear commercial narratives and sales materials.

Responsabilidades

• Architect clear solution structures, including portfolio, bundles, and use cases.
• Own end-to-end go-to-market plans for new and existing solutions.
• Define target segments, personas, and use cases to clarify positioning.
• Create differentiated value propositions and translate technical services into business outcomes.
• Build sales enablement tools such as decks, battlecards, and case studies, and train sales teams on offerings and messaging.
• Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.
