Job summary

HelloFresh Warsaw is hiring a Director of WMS Engineering and Product to own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle for the global Warehouse Management System platform. You will drive engineering excellence, implement AI-assisted workflows, and lead cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and finance.

The role demands a track record in WMS, Infios Warehouse Advantage, and scalable architecture in a cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in WMS software engineering and implementation in RF-based distribution/e-commerce Fulfillment.
• 3+ years hands-on with Infios Warehouse Advantage (Körber/Highjump) WMS on SQL Server.
• 3+ years managing application integrations via microservices and related toolsets.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and ownership of HelloFresh's WMS deployment globally.
• Drive CI/CD maturation with automated testing gates and deployment automation.
• Define platform architecture and support hosting architecture in AWS for WMS.
• Champion agentic engineering practices, AI-assisted test generation, and AI-powered code quality gates.
• Own deployment automation with feature flags and IaC across WMS environments.
• Partner with QA to build world-class automated regression suites and contract testing.
• Establish and report DORA metrics to guide continuous improvement.
• Lead architectural decision-making and technology transitions for WMS.
• Work with vendors to augment internal capacity and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Coach and develop engineers and product managers, collaborating with HR on growth.
• Drive long-term roadmap for product consolidation to a single global release.
• Serve on Fulfillment Technology and Automation leadership teams to align initiatives.
