Job summary

HelloFresh is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for its GenAI Enablement Squad in Warsaw. You’ll partner with engineering and business teams to uncover high-value AI opportunities, prototype solutions, and deliver production-grade AI apps and tools that improve workflows and throughput.

You’ll embed with teams, iterate quickly, and ensure reliability, security, and observability of AI systems while scaling successful approaches across HelloFresh.

Qualifications

• Experience building production AI apps with LLMs, agents, and retrieval systems.
• Strong software engineering skills for production-grade systems.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into practical software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and business teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Prototype AI-powered solutions with rapid iteration.
• Design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI apps and tools.
• Develop AI assistants and internal automation through plugins.
• Oversee full lifecycle from discovery to deployment and improvement.
• Balance speed with reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with platform engineers to improve AI infra.
• Share learnings and reusable patterns across the org.
• Mentor teammates through code reviews and discussions.
