Job summary

HelloFresh in Warsaw, within HelloTech, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Operational Data Platform, shaping data creation, transport, and storage for downstream analytics. You’ll partner with engineering leads and data teams to deliver reliable, cost-efficient data services across the organization.

You will own the roadmap for streaming and database infrastructure, drive platform standards, and collaborate across international teams to scale data-driven decisions and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in data infrastructure or backend platforms.
• Experience with streaming data and database architecture.
• Track record of delivering roadmaps and KPIs for technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and execution for the Operational Data Platform.
• Drive cost-efficiency and reliability KPIs for critical data systems.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and seamless data handover to downstream analytics.
