Job summary

Qualifications
- University degree in a related discipline.
- Experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or similar role in digital/software solutions.
- Experience with cross-functional teams in agile, hybrid, or structured environments.
- Strong ability to elicit, structure, document, and communicate requirements clearly.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, and maintain functional and non-functional requirements for digital service solutions.
- Define use cases, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
- Act as a key interface between Product Management, service domain experts, architecture, development, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze current and target business and service processes to identify needs, impacts, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support refinement of requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide requirement clarification during development, testing, rollout, and user acceptance activities.
- Maintain traceability between business needs, requirements, solution features, and acceptance criteria.
- Support verification and validation by ensuring requirements are complete and testable.
