Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 4+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in energy/industrial sector.
• 2+ years on AI/ML projects and strong AI/ML understanding.
• Familiar with Power BI, Azure DevOps, JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Gather, analyze and document requirements via interviews and workshops.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specs for AI solutions.
• Define KPIs, perform cost-benefit analyses, measure AI value.
• Collaborate with data scientists, IT teams and vendors for design and deployment.
• Support AI delivery on platforms such as Azure AI and governance activities.
• Maintain project docs and promote AI governance best practices.
