Hitachi Energy is seeking a Product Security Engineer for Digital Service Solutions in Kraków. You will ensure that our digital service developments meet cybersecurity standards and provide technical guidance across the BU Service portfolio, bridging cybersecurity research with platform development and service operations.

You will define cybersecurity requirements, oversee secure-by-design practices, and collaborate with the Cybersecurity Lead to align with our strategy and regulatory

Qualifications

Requires strong background in cybersecurity for industrial/OT and cloud-connected solutions.
Experience embedding security into SDLC and product development workflows.
Familiarity with IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NERC CIP, IEC 62351 standards.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain cybersecurity requirements for BU Service digital solutions.
Provide cybersecurity oversight during development of digital services with secure-by-design approach.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity Lead and central security to align with strategy and policies.
Identify cybersecurity risks with product teams and translate into mitigations.
Act as cybersecurity contact between upstream research and downstream service needs.
