Job summary

HSBC Technology Poland in Kraków is seeking a Digital Market Activation Manager to drive business readiness for digital feature releases, coordinating with value streams and in-market teams for go-to-market planning and post-implementation support.

You will support change impact assessments, communications, training, migration and implementation, backed by governance and risk oversight across in-country regulatory teams.

Job description

The Market Activation team helps stakeholders embrace and adopt digital change at scale and at speed. As a Digital Market Activation Manager you’ll work with Value Streams and enabling teams as well as in-market stakeholders to ensure business readiness for digital feature releases. This includes change impact assessment, communications, training, migration and implementation, supported by effective governance and partnership with risk stewards and in-country regulatory teams. The role supports digital feature capabilities through go-to-market planning, post-implementation support and benefits tracking through to handover
