We are looking for a Digital Content & Web Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the digital customer experience across the SBD360 platform and DEWALT, STANLEY, and BLACK+DECKER brand websites.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing, maintaining, and optimizing digital content to ensure a seamless, engaging, and customer-focused online experience. You will work closely with marketing, commercial stakeholders, and the SBD360 Platform Owner to bring campaigns, launches, and merchandising initiatives to life.
What you will do
- Manage day-to-day website content updates, publishing activities, and page maintenance across SBD360 and brand websites
- Execute digital campaigns, promotions, product launches, and merchandising activities
- Ensure product information, digital assets, banners, and customer-facing content are accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards
- Improve the customer journey through content enhancements, navigation updates, and merchandising execution
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and digital teams to support business priorities and campaign delivery
- Participate in testing, release validation, and issue resolution related to digital content and customer experience
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, discoverability, and conversion
- Ensure compliance with publishing standards, brand guidelines, and platform governance
- Escalate operational risks, content gaps, or issues to the Platform Owner when needed
- Support reporting and tracking of digital activity and campaign effectiveness
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in website management, digital content, eCommerce operations, or digital marketing execution
- Hands-on experience with CMS tools and digital publishing workflows
- Experience supporting campaigns, promotions, or product launches in a digital environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders in a commercial or marketing environment
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B digital commerce or customer portal environments
- Familiarity with product information management and digital asset workflows
- Exposure to analytics tools and performance reporting
- Experience supporting branded digital experiences in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and digital merchandising best practices

Salary Range: 132 000 – 215 000 PLN gross annually
