Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is hiring a Training Center Manager. This field-based role travels around Central Europe up to 40% and leads the design and delivery of product training aligned with local sales goals.

• Proven experience in sales, marketing and/or sales training.

• Manage the training budget to deliver commitments.

• Maintain deep expertise in user trades, applications, safety, and warranty information.
• Update training materials to reflect changing business needs for local teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of the training offering to stay ahead of competitors.
• Organize and deliver internal and dealer training programs with measurable ROI.
• Oversee daily operation, equipment, safety, and activity tracking of the training facility.

The Job:

As the Training Center Manager, you’ll be part of our technical sales support team working as a field employee. You’ll get to:

• Develop product training programs and content aligned to SBU leader and local commercial team needs
• Create and execute local market training plans that support sales growth and financial targets
• Manage the training budget effectively to deliver agreed commitments
• Build achievable training plans through focused planning, time management, and use of all available training options
• Continuously develop expert-level product knowledge, with priority on Construction and Automotive tools
• Maintain deep expertise in user trades, applications, product selection, safety, competitor positioning, and warranty / service information
• Regularly update training materials to reflect changing business needs and support local commercial teams
• Drive continuous improvement of the overall training offering to keep SBD ahead of competitors
• Organize and deliver internal and dealer training programs that provide measurable ROI to the business
• Oversee the daily operation, equipment, safety, and activity tracking of the training facility, while using face-to-face, digital, and live-stream training methods to ensure best-in-class capability development

Salary Range: 98 000 - 127 500 PLN gross annually.
