Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Training Center Manager for a field-oriented role across Central Europe.

You will travel roughly 40% of the year, developing training programs, coordinating dealer and internal sessions, and ensuring measurable ROI through structured delivery. The role requires fluent Polish and English, experience in sales or sales training, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop product training programs and content aligned to SBU leader and local commercial team needs.
• Create and execute local market training plans that support sales growth and financial targets.
• Manage the training budget effectively to deliver agreed commitments.
• Build achievable training plans through focused planning and time management.
• Continuously develop expert-level product knowledge, with priority on Construction and Automotive tools.
• Maintain deep expertise in user trades, applications, product selection, safety, competitor positioning, and warranty / service information.
• Regularly update training materials to reflect changing business needs and support local commercial teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of the overall training offering to keep SBD ahead of competitors.
• Organize and deliver internal and dealer training programs that provide measurable ROI to the business.
• Oversee the daily operation, equipment, safety, and activity tracking of the training facility, using face-to-face, digital, and live-stream methods.

Salary Range

98 000 - 127 500 PLN gross annually. This is the lowest to highest salary range we would pay at the time of this posting. The salary offered in the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience. The salary range listed in this job posting reflects the range for the primary location specified. The salary range may vary for other locations. Please note that salary is only one component of total rewards at Stanley Black & Decker. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual merit increases. The salary range and associated pay elements are established in line with Stanley Black & Decker’s compensation structure.
