Nordea’s Group Technology seeks a DevOps Engineer for the Content Management team within End User Engineering & Operations. The role focuses on hands-on development, scripting and automation to simplify Microsoft 365 services and custom applications across Nordea.

You will contribute across the development lifecycle, turning ideas into scripts, integrations and internal tools, collaborating with platform, security and governance specialists in a large-scale enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in software development, scripting, or automation, with examples of solutions you have built or improved.
• Experience working with REST APIs. Knowledge of Microsoft Graph is valuable but can also be developed in the role.
• Familiarity with Git-based development and collaborative practices such as pull requests, peer review and version control.
• Understanding software engineering fundamentals, including modular design, testing, secure coding, logging, and documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud platforms or a strong motivation to build expertise in these areas.

Aufgaben

• Full stack development including services and internal tools automation.
• Build secure, API-driven integrations using Microsoft Graph and other relevant interfaces.
• Write clear, reusable and maintainable code in PowerShell, Python or C#.
• Build custom solutions with pro‑code or low‑code technologies such as Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Take solutions from idea to production, contributing to design, implementation, peer review, testing, deployment, monitoring and improvement.
• Use Git and CI/CD practices to make development and releases efficient, consistent, and controlled.
• Automate recurring operational, compliance and reporting activities, reducing manual work and operational risk.
• Help resolve complex platform issues and turn recurring problems into lasting engineering improvements.
• Collaborate with architects, service owners, security specialists, and governance colleagues to deliver practical technical solutions.
• Share knowledge and contribute to development standards, documentation, and a strong engineering culture within the team.
