Nordea is seeking a Senior Windows Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain large-scale Windows Server environments across on-prem and cloud. You will implement security baselines, manage MECM/SCCM deployments, and drive enterprise-grade configurations.

You will automate with PowerShell, DSC, and IaC tools, collaborate with Operations, and participate in hybrid-cloud transformations with Azure, AWS, and GCP. Experience with WSFC and patch management is valued.

Formación

• Advanced PowerShell scripting and large-scale infrastructure automation.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or PowerShell DSC for IaC and configuration management.
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, or GitHub Actions for CI/CD and automated deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Active Directory, multi-domain/forest environments, GPOs, trusts, and replication.
• Experience with MECM/SCCM, WSUS, and large-scale server patching.
• Expertise in Windows Server Failover Clustering, SAN storage, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or OpenShift environments.
• Experience with hybrid cloud and identity solutions (Azure Entra ID, AWS, Google Cloud).
• OS hardening knowledge (CIS/STIG) and security tooling.
• Monitoring/observability tools such as Splunk, SCOM, Datadog, or Azure Monitor.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, and maintain large-scale Windows Server environments.
• Build, test, and lifecycle-manage Windows Gold Images for on-prem and cloud.
• Implement and maintain Windows security baselines via GPOs across domains.
• Administer MECM/SCCM and oversee software distribution, compliance reports, and baselines.
• Write automation scripts to provisioning, patching, and routine tasks.
• Lead OS upgrades, data center migrations, and hybrid-cloud integrations.
• Provide senior escalation support for complex Windows Server and infra issues.
