Job summary

Nordea is seeking a DevOps Engineer for the Content Management team within End User Engineering & Operations. The role focuses on hands-on scripting and automation to improve Microsoft 365 services and custom applications across a large enterprise.

You will build integrations, write code in PowerShell/Python/C#, and work with Graph APIs to enable secure, scalable digital workplace solutions. The team is international and hybrid-friendly, with managers in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in software development, scripting, or automation with demonstrable projects.
• Good practical skills in PowerShell, Python, C#, .NET or JavaScript/TypeScript and willingness to expand.
• Experience with REST APIs; Microsoft Graph knowledge is valuable but can be learned on the job.
• Familiarity with Git-based development, PRs, reviews and version control.
• Understanding software engineering fundamentals: modular design, testing, secure coding, logging, and documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or interest to build expertise in these areas.

Responsibilities

• Full stack development including services and internal tools automation.
• Build secure, API-driven integrations using Microsoft Graph and other interfaces.
• Write clear, reusable, maintainable code in PowerShell, Python or C#.
• Develop solutions with pro-code or low-code using Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Take ideas to production, contributing to design, implementation, testing and deployment.
• Use Git and CI/CD to make releases efficient and controlled.
• Automate recurring operational, compliance and reporting activities.
• Resolve complex platform issues and drive engineering improvements.
• Collaborate with architects, security specialists and governance colleagues.
• Share knowledge and contribute to development standards and documentation.
