Job summary

Nordea in Łódź/Warsaw/Helsinki seeks a DevOps Engineer for Content Management within End User Engineering & Operations. The role is hands-on, turning ideas into scripts and integrations to improve Microsoft 365 services and internal tools across the bank.

You will contribute across the development lifecycle, build API‑driven integrations with Microsoft Graph, and write code in PowerShell, Python or C#. Join an international team in a regulated environment with a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in software development, scripting, or automation.
• Practical skills in PowerShell, Python, C#, .NET or JavaScript/TypeScript, with an eagerness to expand.
• Experience with REST APIs and Git-based development workflows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure and cloud platforms, in regulated environments.
• Structured troubleshooting and clear communication in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Full stack development including automation, scripts improvements for Microsoft 365 administration and governance.
• Build secure API‑driven integrations using Microsoft Graph and other interfaces.
• Write clear, reusable, maintainable code in PowerShell, Python or C#.
• Develop with pro‑code or low‑code technologies such as Power Platform.
• Take solutions from idea to production, including design, testing, deployment and monitoring.
• Apply Git and CI/CD practices to sustain efficient, consistent releases.
• Automate recurring operational, compliance and reporting activities to reduce risk.
• Collaborate with architects, security specialists and governance colleagues.
• Share knowledge and contribute to development standards and documentation.
