Job summary

SmartField Tech is urgently seeking an on-site DSS/EUC L1 Support Engineer in Kunto, Poland to provide deskside and end-user IT support. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops and peripherals, assist with login and basic connectivity, and handle IT equipment installation and replacement.

Expect to log and manage incidents, support printers and monitors, and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams while delivering professional, customer-focused support.
