Job summary

Element is seeking a Desk­top OS/Network Hand&Eyes support specialist in Poland. You will provide deskside desktop support at end-user locations, perform OS installations, and assist with LAN rollouts and upgrades on-site.

Responsibilities include resolving incidents, documenting IP addresses for network hardware, and aiding Cisco-related troubleshooting on Windows platforms. Strong Windows problem- solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• Familiar with OS installation/configuration and application setup (MS Office).
• Experience solving problems in Windows environments.
• Experience assisting with Cisco-related problems (laptop to console, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside support for Desktop at end-user locations.
• Manage problems to resolution or closure.
• Perform first OS installation on Desktop.
• Support rollouts and upgrades of LAN network equipment.
• Provide on-site network support to resolve LAN incidents and problems.
• Perform LAN equipment installation operations that cannot be done remotely.
• Keep documentation of IP addresses for network hardware.
