Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a MAC & Occupancy Specialist (Moves, Adds & Changes) to coordinate desk moves and space planning in our facilities. The role reports to the site Facilities Manager and works with the EMEA Space Planning Program Manager to execute plans with precision.

You will manage moves, assets, and occupancy changes, maintaining accurate records and forecasting headcount. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Proven analytical, statistical reporting and forecasting skills.
• Ability to read and analyze drawings, plans, schedules, schematics.
• Basic skills in AutoCAD or similar tool is desirable for floor plan updates.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Plan general people/desks moves (from individual to large relocations).
• Coordinate and track occupancy changes with accurate records.
• Assign desks for new hires with HR liaison.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and resolve queries.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality of MAC plans.
• Generate headcount forecasts with accuracy.
• Organize and monitor own work for support teams.
• Handle MAC related tickets and ensure timely responses.
• Manage local key suppliers and regular support.
• Prepare for MAC weekly meetings and monthly reports.
