Job summary

UBS in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional to process client and fund instructions in the Asset Management Operations Trade Capture Service Delivery function. The role supports UBS Asset Management Client Mandates and Products from the Wroclaw team with a global footprint.

You will interact with Portfolio Managers, Custodians and Fund Administrators to ensure timely handling of contributions and withdrawals, and maintain accurate cash flow records across the

The team

You will be working in the Asset Management Operations Trade Capture Service Delivery function, providing timely and accurate processing flow activity within UBS Asset Management Client Mandates and Products.

The Team based in Wroclaw, Poland is part of global function which has presence in London, Chicago, Zurich and Singapore. The Team in clos conjunction with Investment Teams, Client Coverage Areas, Custodians, Fund Administrators and various Asset Management Operations teams.
